“If you have been thinking about trying reiki I HIGHLY suggest going to Jamie! I was having one of the worst weeks mentally, physically and emotionally, not to mention a horrible headache when I went to see Jamie. She was very informative about the session and has such a calming energy that I knew I was exactly where I needed to be. We started with Fork tuning and I noticed immediately my chakras were vibrating. Jamie makes you feel comfortable in any way possible way including making sure you are ok with any physical touch. The office had a amazing crystal mat you get to lay on with essential oils that helps you relax.When we began the reiki I was relaxed but as the session went on I truly relaxed more and more. I felt intense energy around me as if I were in a bubble and as she worked on different chakras I could feel the energy intensify in each one. I seen a few spots of red towards the end. “Her office was charming and warm, and I could feel the wonderful energy. She offered me some water.  We talked about my back scoliosis and pain. She walked me to her massage table and I laid down with a blanket. I was so relaxed and comfortable on her table. Jaime said a prayer and began her reiki on my body. I could feel the heat from her hands where her healing hands were held above my aching back. I felt the heat from her hands as they moved across my body.

I was on her table for about 45 minutes. She stopped at some point. I was so comfortable I did not want to leave the table or her room. We discussed her work and I was feeling much better than I had felt for a long time. I booked another appointment with Jaime. I look forward to another session.”
